"Somos profetas que tuvieron su despertar hace ya mucho tiempo".
MiM - Hola, mi nombre es Raúl Cardona y es un gran placer hablar con la banda de Dark Metal llamada Division:Dark. Gracias por aceptar chatear con Made in Metal.
DD - Nos gustaría agradecerle mucho por la oportunidad de compartir sobre nuestra próxima Profecía, nuestro Mensaje y nuestros Proyectos.
MiM - ¿De dónde y cómo surgió la idea de crear la banda?
DD - Somos profetas que tuvieron su despertar hace ya mucho tiempo. Los últimos años recibimos varios mensajes, mensajes que llevaron a la creación de la profecía. Ahora preparamos la llegada de nuestro profeta principal. Entonces empezamos a difundir nuestro mensaje. No hubo una idea inicial. El camino ya estaba ahí, solo lo recorremos y él nos dice qué hacer.
MiM - La crítica especializada los define como Dark Metal. ¿Cómo definirías el sonido de la banda?
DD - Division:Dark lleva a la humanidad en un viaje lleno de metal industrial rimbombante, un aura oscura y mística con mucha melodía cautivadora.
MiM - ¿Cómo lograron insertarse en el complicado mundo de la industria musical?
DD - Elegimos el estilo de música que mejor encajaba con nuestro mensaje, nuestra misión. No hubiera tenido sentido hacerlo en la música popular. Necesitamos poder, necesitamos fuego para difundir nuestra importante palabra. Estamos muy contentos de cómo funcionó con la música metal. El mensaje y la música encajan perfectamente y dejarán boquiabiertos a todos. Somos uno con la música, y el oyente también lo será tan pronto como aparezca el primer sonido, es mágico Y al final, la gente reconocerá cuán importante será nuestra profecía y ya nada será complicado.
MiM - El álbum debut de la banda titulado Prophecy (Drakkar Entertainment, 2022) es un excelente álbum, con un sonido oscuro y atmosférico. ¿Qué puedes decirme sobre él? ¿Cómo fue el proceso de grabación y producción musical del disco? ¿En qué estudio de grabación tuvo lugar?
DD - Tuvo mucho que ver con nosotros como profetas y nuestro despertar en estos tiempos. Ahora es el momento de difundir las palabras en todo el mundo. La idea requería melodías oscuras, guitarras, batería, bajo y teclados potentes. Juntamos nuestras ideas de todo el mundo y seguimos el camino de la profecía. Por suerte las tecnologías de estos tiempos ayudaron mucho, ya que no pudimos viajar por la pandemia. Al final todo se unió.Produjimos el disco en Creative Lounge en Mallorca, una hermosa isla balear. En un lugar como este, la energía es muy especial. Una Isla que está rodeada de aguas profundas y claras, su hermosa naturaleza nos pareció perfecta para dejar fluir la energía y cumplir con nuestra parte de canalizar los mensajes que recibimos.
MiM -Este disco tiene excelentes invitados. (Sebastian "Seeb" Levermann from Orden Ogan, Scarlet Dorn, Vicky Psarakis, Anna Lux & Eric Fish y muchos más) ¿Cómo surgió la idea?
DD - Queríamos voces masculinas y femeninas y artistas que no fueran ajenos a este género. Además, los elegidos portan un aura muy especial y atractiva, un carisma como lo necesitamos. Y, como se mencionó anteriormente, queremos llegar a la mayor cantidad de personas posible desde el principio, por eso los buscábamos en todo el mundo.
MiM - ¿Qué puede ofrecer un sello discográfico como Drakkar Entertainment a una banda como Division: Dark para consolidarse en la escena?
DD - Drakkar está emocionado de ser parte de nuestro viaje cuando escucharon por primera vez cuál era nuestro plan y cuán importante sería actuar como sello. Quieren difundir el mensaje con nosotros y estamos agradecidos por su apoyo y creencia en la difusión de la profecía.
MiM -¿Cómo has vivido el confinamiento y la pandemia hasta ahora?
DD - Como solo somos mensajeros que operamos bajo tierra estamos acostumbrados a trabajar solos. Vimos lo que le pasó al mundo con los ojos abiertos y mucha tristeza de cuán lejos, o no, ha avanzado la humanidad en el trabajo conjunto. Vimos que la profecía no llega demasiado tarde, tiene que salir. ¡Tenemos que difundirla pronto!
MiM - Siendo una banda relativamente nueva, vuestra música está saliendo en las plataformas de streaming, plataformas que están más orientadas a promocionar singles que álbumes. ¿Cómo lo ves?DD - Solo hay una audiencia. Si aman la música, la escucharán, la transmitirán, vendrán a los conciertos. Todo tiene que estar en equilibrio entre sí.
MiM - ¿Proyecto de gira o conciertos este año?
DD - Habríamos ido de gira con Schattenmann este año, pero desafortunadamente los planes se pospusieron debido al virus que sigue aquí después de dos largos años. ¡Pero no nos rendiremos! ¡Pronto nuevas fechas!
MiM - Finalmente, quería que se sintieran libres de compartir algunas palabras con sus fans y nuestros lectores.

MiM - Hello, my name is Raúl Cardona and it is a great pleasure to talk with the Dark Metal band called Division:Dark. Thank you for agreeing to chat with Made in Metal.
DD - We would like to thank you very much for the opportunity to share about our upcoming Prophecy, our Message and our Projects.
MiM - Where and how did the idea of creating the band come about?
DD - We are prophets who had their awakening already a long time ago. The last years we received several messages, messages that led to creating the prophecy. Now we prepare the arrival of our leading prophet. Then we start spreading out our message. There was no initial idea. The path was already there, we only walk on it and it tells us what to do.
MiM - Specialized critics define them as Dark Metal. How would you define the sound of the band?
DD - Division:Dark takes mankind on a journey filled with bombastic industrial metal, a dark, mystical aura with loads of melodic catchiness.
MiM - How were they able to insert themselves in the complicated world of the music industry?
DD - We choose the style of music that fitted best for our message, our mission. It would have made no sense to do it in popular music. We need power, we need fire to spread our important word. We are very content on how it worked out with metal music. The message and music fit perfectly and will blow everyone away. We are one with the music, and the listener will be too as soon as the first sound appears. It is magical. And in the end, people will recognize, how important our prophecy will be and nothing will be complicated anymore.
MiM - The band's debut album titled Prophecy (Drakkar Entertainment, 2022) is an excellent album, with a dark and atmospheric sound. What can you tell me about him? How was the process of recording and musical production of the album? In which recording studio did it take place?
DD - It had a lot to do with us as prophets and our awakening in these times. Now is the time to spread the word worldwide. The idea required dark melodies, powerful guitars, drums, bass, and keys. We put our ideas from all over the world together and followed the path of the prophecy. Luckily the technologies of these times helped a lot, as we couldn’t travel due to the pandemic. In the end, everything came together.
We produced the Record at Creative Lounge in Mallorca, a beautiful Balearic island. In a place like this, the energy is very special. An Island that is surrounded by deep and clear waters, its beautiful nature seemed perfect for us to let the energy flow and fulfill our part of channeling the messages we received.
MiM -This album has excellent guests. (Sebastian "Seeb" Levermann from Orden Ogan, Scarlet Dorn, Vicky Psarakis, Anna Lux & Eric Fish and many more) How did the idea come about?
DD - We wanted male and female voices and artists who were no strangers to this genre. In addition, the chosen ones carry a very special and attractive aura, a charisma as we need it. And, as mentioned above, we want to reach as many people as possible from the beginning so that’s why we were looking for them all over the world.
MiM - What can a record label like Drakkar Entertainment offer to a band like Division: Dark to establish themselves in the scene?
DD - Drakkar was excited to be part of our journey when they first heard, what our plan was and how important it would be to take action as a label. They want to spread the message with us and we are grateful for their support and belief in spreading the prophecy.
MiM - How have you experienced confinement and the pandemic so far?
DD - As we are only messengers who operate underground we are used to work alone. We saw what happened to the world with open eyes and much sadness on how far, or not humanity has come along in working together. We saw, that the prophecy is not coming too late, it has to get out there. We have to spread it soon!
MiM - Being a relatively new band, your music is coming out at the height of streaming platforms, platforms that are more oriented towards promoting singles than albums. How do you see it?
DD - There is only one audience. If they love the music, they will listen to it, stream it, come to the concerts. It all needs to be in balance with each other.
MiM - Tour project or concerts this year?
DD - We would have gone on tour with Schattenmann this year but unfortunately the plans got postponed due to the Virus that is still here after two long years. But we will not give up! New dates are up soon!
MiM - Finally, I wanted you to feel free to share a few words with your fans and our readers?
